A: Standard browns contain hydrated yellow oxide (α-FeOOH), which loses its water molecule and turns red at approx 180∘C.
A: Our high-heat stable series is rated for 260∘C (and up to 300∘C for specific grades).

Custom Doping: We can adjust the Manganese/Iron ratio to provide specific brown undertones (Cool vs. Warm) while maintaining heat stability.
Heat-stable browns achieve their performance through "Lattice Locking." In standard yellow oxide, the hydroxide groups are loosely bound. We replace these groups with more thermally stable ions or utilize "Calcined Ferrites" (Magnesium or Manganese Ferrites). These crystals are formed at temperatures above 800∘C, meaning they are inherently stable and physically cannot "dehydrate" during your plastic or coating process. This scientific approach turns the pigment into a "Ceramic-Like" colorant that is virtually indestructible by heat.
