The Science of Lattice Stabilization

Ceramic orange stability is achieved through "Ionic Substitution." By incorporating small amounts of thermally stable elements into the iron oxide crystal lattice during synthesis, we create a "Lattice Lock." This scientific approach prevents the Alpha-FeOOH (Yellow) component from completely converting to Alpha-Fe2O3 (Red) at lower temperatures.
